Q: I cannot add a new clock (reminder, countdown, timer, sticker, stopwatch), what can I do?
A: Most likely you are using TimeLeft Free, which allows only one clock, one reminder, countdown, one timer, one stopwatch and one sticker. You need to upgrade to TimeLeft Deluxe to be able to use the advanced features.

Q: Is TimeLeft freeware?
A: Two editions of TimeLeft exist: TimeLeft Free is free, but has limited functionality. TimeLeft Deluxe has more features, but you need to pay a registration fee to be able to use it.

Q: How can I order TimeLeft Deluxe and what is the cost?

Q: I cannot perform some actions described in this manual and think there's some bug in this software…
A: Don't hesitate to send us a bug report. Right-click a floating window or System Tray icon to bring up the menu and select Help=>Send bug report. If there is really a bug, we'll do our best to fix it as quickly as possible.

Q: When I'm trying to synchronize time with atomic clock servers, TimeLeft offers me the value which is several hours different from real local time. What's up?
A: If TimeLeft suggests you applying time which is one hour (or several undivided hours) different from your real time, this happens due to specific time zone or energy-saving time adjustment settings in your system. In this case you should use "Apply minutes and seconds only" feature.
