You can export your countdown to the Web using Export Countdown to Web addon.
When exported all existing settings (size, layout, skin/font, title) are copied to the Web, so, the countdown on the web-page looks exactly like on your desktop. Here is a live example (this countdown was created by Web Export module):  This module
