How to track projects time using WorkTime
WorkTime is a project tracking application that performs all tracking automatically. Just add your project, press the Start button and WorkTime will work for you collecting information about applications/documents you actually work with under the selected project (See Screenshots, Project Tracking, PC Usage Tracking).


How to organize projects structure
You can create your own projects structure to track time under different projects. Projects structure can be hierarchical - you can group your projects, this is very convenient if you, for example, have a few different projects for the same client, etc. To add new projects, go to Options|Edit|Projects (See Project Tracking).


How to assign rate per hour
You can assign to each of your projects a Rate Per Hour value to track the money earned and to bill your clients (See Project Tracking). To define your rates per hour values, go to Options|Edit|Projects.


How to view/print/export reports
WorkTime proposes informative reports to analyze collected data. Using WorkTime Reports tool you can see all statistics about your work on the projects. To view, print or export reports, open Reports window (See Reports).


How to add/correct time manually
If you forgot to start WorkTime or to switch between the projects, you can correct the time manually (See Project Tracking). To add time manually, go to menu Tools|Add time Manually; to move time between the projects, go to Options|Edit Time.


How to change projects automatically
If you work on a few projects at a time, you can setup WorkTime to change between the projects automatically based on the application or the document (See Project Tracking). To define the rules for the project autochange go to Options|Tracking|Advanced Tracking.


How to track certain applications only
If you want to track certain applications only, you can setup it in the Options|Tracking|Applications Tracking.
