How it works
Automatic invisible monitoring
Monitoring is performed in the background absolutely invisible to the employee,
automatically recording what activities an employee performs under Terminal
and Citrix server, when and for how long. WorkTime is designed to monitor
computer and Internet usage under all versions of Citrix Server: Citrix
XenApp, Citrix MetaFrame Server, Citrix Presentation Server.
What is recorded
WorkTime records all activities performed on a computer (launching applications,
opening documents, visiting web-sites) and the actual time spent on each activity.
"Actual" means that an application/document window is active (selected)
and there is keyboard or mouse activity.
Browsers - what is recorded: WorkTime records web-sites, URLs, page titles and
the time when the activity was performed. Microsoft Internet Explorer 6/7/8, Mozilla
Firefox 2/3/3.5 are supported.
Monitoring, but not spying
WorkTime is monitoring software providing dedicated computer monitoring
functionality. It does not support any spying functionality: it does not
record screens, keystrokes, emails or chat content. WorkTime computer monitoring
does not violate and employee's privacy.
Reliability/Performance/Scalability
WorkTime Corporate is designed specifically for heavy loads managing hundreds
and thousands of clients. WorkTime thin client is optimized in such a way
that it requires very little system resources. The reporting application
and database are optimized to process large volumes of information.
