While planning and developing WorkTime software,
we spent time to make your work with WorkTime fast/right-on-time/not-getting-on-the-way
etc.
So, while working on your projects, you always have WorkTime ready to assist
you, respond your commands, not taking your desktop space and not getting
on the way at the same time.

Main Quick Work features

Tracking - quick start/stop
Reports, Options - quick access
Quick Task window
Favorites and History
Quick Statistics panels
and more
How is Quick Work organized in WorkTime
Global Shortcuts
At first, all the above Quick Work functions can be called using customizable
global shortcuts (you can assign a shortcut to each function, for example:
to select a project CTRL + ALT + P or any other combination convenient for
you can be used).
Quick Task window
Another way to organize your Quick Work is to use WorkTime Quick Task window
- a small floating stay-on-top customizable window, where you can choose
to display only necessary controls. Quick Task window allows you to perform
any of the above functions (changing projects, adding notes etc.) and also
this window is very small and contains only necessary information.
For example, on this Quick Task window are located
Start Tracking and Stop Tracking buttons,
Show Reports and Show Options buttons,
User and Project selectors and
a Quick Statistics panel displaying how long selected user worked for today:

This Quick Task window has only Show Reports, Show Options buttons and a
Project selector:
This Quick Task window has a Project selector and a Quick Statistics panel
displaying how much time is spent today working in the selected project
and how much money is earned:
Favorites and History
To speedup selecting/changing projects, users and activities, WorkTime proposes
you Favorites and History functions.
Favorites are user defined lists of the most used projects, users or activities.
Using Favorites saves time when changing projects, users or activities (you
don't have to search in a huge amount of your records every time when you
need to switch between two projects).
History is an automatically created list of the recently used projects,
users and activities.
This Project Selector pop-up menu on the Quick Task
window contains Favorites and History submenu items (selectors' pop-up
menus are fully customizable):

Customizable Main window
The main WorkTime window is also customizable: you can choose what controls
should be displayed on it - the same idea as with Quick Task window. So,
for those of you, who prefers to use the main WorkTime window instead of
the Quick Task window, the main window is also fully customizable. The main
WorkTime window can be minimized to the system tray or restored using customizable
global shortcuts.
