WorkTime works in the background, automatically tracking applications and documents you work with on your PC. Information about tracked applications and documents appears in WorkTime reports.

Projects tracking

With WorkTime you can track your work on projects for different clients. WorkTime project tracking proposes various services so your work is not interrupted: project tracking is performed automatically in the background mode; project autochange - projects are picked automatically depending on the active application/document; quick work - a set of features that help you to change between projects and access all necessary information very quickly. If required, you can manually add or correct tracked time.

Here are examples of a customizable Quick Task window:

- quick project select, total time in the project for today, money earned

- reports/options buttons, project/stage select buttons

Notes about your work

Using WorkTime Notes feature, you can add notes about your work to keep track of what exactly you were working on at certain period of time. For your convenience and to help you to keep your data accurate, WorkTime can propose you automatically to add notes when you start your work, when you finish it and more. Notes appear in WorkTime reports, so you can provide detailed information to your employer, clients, or you can simply keep this information for your records.

Billing

You can assign to each of your projects a Rate Per Hour value to track the money earned and to bill your clients.

Reports, invoices, timesheets

WorkTime reports help you to see how much time you spent working on your projects, working for your clients, how much money you made; you can generate invoices or timesheets. WorkTime reports support export to various formats (CSV, HTML and more). Export functionality adds endless capabilities to WorkTime reports: once generated data is exported to some other format, you can edit your data and change report format by adding your personal logo or any other necessary information.
