Project tracking
With WorkTime you can track your work on projects for different clients.
WorkTime project tracking software proposes various services so your work
is not interrupted: project tracking is performed automatically in the background
mode; project autochange - projects are picked automatically depending on
the active application/document; quick work - a set of features that help
you to change between projects and access all necessary information very
quickly. If required, you can manually add or correct tracked time.

Billing
You can assign to each of your projects a Rate Per Hour value to track the
money earned and to bill your clients.
Reports, invoices, timesheets
WorkTime reports help you to see how much time you spent working on your
projects, working for your clients, how much money you made; you can generate
invoices or timesheets. WorkTime reports support export to various formats
(CSV, HTML and more). Export functionality adds endless capabilities to
WorkTime reports: once generated data is exported to some other format,
you can edit your data and change report format by adding your personal
logo or any other necessary information.
How it works
Automatic project tracking
Project tracking is performed in the background, automatically assigning
all computer related activities and time to a selected project.
Projects can be picked automatically depending on the application or document
selected.
Projects can be selected manually from the project list, or from the project
history/favorites list.
You can also create a small stay-on-top projects panel and select projects
in one click.
What is recorded
WorkTime records all activities performed on a computer (launching applications,
opening documents, visiting web-sites) and the actual time spent on each activity.
"Actual" means that an application/document window is active (selected)
and there is keyboard or mouse activity.
Browsers - what is recorded: WorkTime records web-sites, URLs, page titles and
the time when the activity was performed. Microsoft Internet Explorer 6/7/8/9, Mozilla Firefox 2/3/4, Opera 9/10/11, Google Chrome 4+ are supported.
