WorkTime works in the background mode and automatically records all activities performed on the PC.

WorkTime tracking is very precise and flexible: it can pause for the keyboard/mouse or screensaver inactivity, automatically change projects depending on the active application/document, track certain applications only and more. Offline Mode  
  WorkTime can run in offline mode when the database is not available. In this case all data is saved locally and can be added to the database later.
This is an absolutely necessary feature for laptop and remote employees who don't have connection to the database. All data, that was collected locally, can be added to the database when the database is available or it can be simply sent via e-mail and and then added to the database.

Hidden Mode  
  WorkTime can survey usage of the computer completely invisible to users. (No WorkTime window or icon). In a hidden mode WorkTime name is not shown in the Windows applications list.
Hidden mode is password protected - to switch back from the hidden mode, password must be provided.
