Q: I bought WorkTime but I have not received any license. What do I do?
A: WorkTime purchases are processed maximum within 24 hours, usually right away. If you do not have your license within 24 hours, it most likely means, that there is a mistake in the email address that you provided or your spam filter didn't let our emails to go through. Please contact us again and provide some alternate contact information (another email address or phone number).

Q: When upgrading to WorkTime® paid version will collected data be carried from the trial version to the paid one?
A: Yes, all data that was collected during the trial period is carried automatically to the paid version of WorkTime.

Q: What is the difference between WorkTime® Corporate, WorkTime® Professional and WorkTime® Home?

Q: How is WorkTime® licensed? What fees do I pay?
A: WorkTime is licensed per seat (per tracking client). There is a one time license fee and no monthly charges. The license includes one year of technical support and one year upgrades to all new WorkTime versions. Once purchased the license never expires and can be used without any additional charge.

Q: I have WorkTime paid license and I need to buy additional licenses. Is there any discount for additional licenses?
A: Yes, there is. Please refer to the Buy WorkTime page Additional Licenses and Updates tab.

Q: How to move WorkTime, including license information, all settings and data, to another computer?
A: Select menu Help | Maintenance | Backup data. This will backup your settings and all data to the selected location. Then install WorkTime licensed to your new computer (to install WorkTime licensed version please refer to your registration email and to the Support page) and run Help | Maintenance | Restore data. This will restore your settings and all data.

Q: I have WorkTime paid version. How do I upgrade to the latest version?
A: Within one year after the purchase you have free support and upgrades to all new versions. If you need to upgrade to new versions after one year you need to purchase WorkTime updates here: http://www.nestersoft.com/worktime/register.shtml?add&upd=1.

Q: I bought WorkTime paid version some time ago, but I've lost my registration email. What do I do?
