Customer purchases a single USAGE license, is granted a nonexclusive license to use of WorkTime by the purchaser, the purchaser's employees or accredited agents, on an unlimited number of computers at the same physical SITE location. d. WorkTime Server License. Customer purchases one or more WorkTime license(s), can use one WorkTime Server subject to the same terms as WorkTime license. Customer shall not rent, lease, sell or otherwise distribute by any mean WorkTime license to other parties. 3. GENERAL PROVISIONS COPYRIGHT/OWNERSHIP OF PROGRAM: WorkTime is the proprietary product of NesterSoft and its licensors and it is protected by copyright, trade secret and other intellectual property laws. Customer acquires only the right to use WorkTime and does not acquire any rights, express or implied, in WorkTime or media containing WorkTime other than those specified in this License. NesterSoft, or its licensor, shall at all times retain all rights, title, interest, including intellectual property rights, in WorkTime and media.
