By default there are two floating windows displayed:




Countdown - the title is Happy New Year!, countdown displays how long is left till the new year.
Clock - the title is Clock, clock displays your system time.


To customize countdown settings, double-click the countdown panel - this will open Countdown Settings window.
To customize clock settings, double-click the clock panel - this will open Clock Settings window.


Right-click a countdown or a clock floating window window to bring up floating window personalized menu.

Double-click a countdown panel.
This will bring up Countdown Settings window:



You can change countdown date in the Countdown Settings window - just enter the date and time of your event (cruise, birthday, graduation, vacation etc.) in the date/time fields.

Press OK or Apply button to save changes. Done!

Notes:
Your event can be in the future or in the past (for ex.: TimeLeft countdown can count up since you quit smocking).
You don't need to calculate by yourself how long is left till (or passed after) the event, just enter the event date/time and TimeLeft countdown will calculate the difference for you automatically.

Double-click the countdown panel.
This will bring up Countdown Settings window:



To change countdown title, enter a new countdown title in the Title field.
To change countdown skin, click Select Skin link. This will open a window where you can select a new skin.
To change countdown layout, select a new predefined layout in the Predefined layouts list.

Press OK or Apply button to save changes. Done!

Right-click TimeLeft tray icon.
Select My Clocks menu item. This will open TimeLeft clocks list.

In the Trayclock section mark option Replace Windows Tray clock with Skinnable Clock. Done!

Right click TimeLeft tray icon - this will bring up TimeLeft main menu:



To add a new reminder select Quick Add|Add Reminder menu item.
To add a new countdown select Quick Add|Add Countdown menu item.
To add a new clock select Quick Add|Add Clock menu item.
To add a new stopwatch select Quick Add|Add Stopwatch menu item.
To add a new timer select Quick Add|Add Timer menu item.
To add a new sticker select Quick Add|Add Sticker menu item.

Just resize the countdown floating window using your mouse:



One more way to resize countdowns is to right-click a countdown window and select Zoom menu item.

Double-click the countdown floating window.
This will bring up Countdown Settings window.
In the Predefined layouts list select Weeks Hours:Minutes:Seconds.

Press OK or Apply button to save changes. Done!

Right-click TimeLeft tray icon - this will bring up TimeLeft main menu:



Select Tools|Synchronize Time menu item.
This will open Time Synchronization window where you can synchronize your system time with atomic clock servers.

Right-click TimeLeft tray icon - this will bring up TimeLeft main menu.
Select Options menu item:



Under Floating Windows section mark the Transparency option.

Press OK button to save changes. Done!

Yes, you can export a countdown clock and place it on your web-site using Export to Web add-on.
To see export demo go to Main Window, select existing countdown and click Export button - TimeLeft will create a script and images that can be uploaded to your web-site.
